Start with the booking page

Skytona weddings begin on the booking page. You choose a starting collection, adjust coverage, add meaningful upgrades, and watch the experience take shape before you submit anything. Every price is visible as you build, so there is no mystery quote waiting at the end.

The goal is clarity. By the time you submit, you should understand exactly what we are capturing, what kind of team the day needs, and how the coverage supports the film you want to receive.

Build it together

Couples who build their coverage side by side tend to agree on priorities early, which makes every later decision easier.

Notes are read by humans

Anything you write in the notes field is read carefully by the team, not filed away. Use it for the things a form cannot ask.

The journey from build to booked

Booking is a short, predictable path. Here is the whole thing, from first click to an active wedding portal.

Step 1

Build your coverage

Pick a collection, adjust hours and crew, and add what matters to you.

Step 2

Submit your details

Your date, locations, and notes go straight to the Skytona team.

Step 3

Agreement and deposit

Review the agreement, sign, and place the deposit that locks your date.

Step 4

Your portal opens

Planning, payments, and everything else moves into your wedding portal.

Most couples go from first build to a locked date within a few days.

How payment works

Your date is reserved with a 30 percent non-refundable deposit. The deposit is what takes your wedding off the market for every other couple asking about the same day, which is why it works the way it does.

The remaining balance can be paid in full or split into monthly installments, up to six payments. Couples who pay in full receive 10 percent off the total.

Dates are first come, first served

A submitted booking form starts the conversation, but only a signed agreement and deposit hold the date. Popular weekends go quickly in peak season.

What happens after you book

Once your agreement and deposit are in, your wedding portal becomes the home for everything: your Blueprint planning workspace, payments, documents, scheduling, and eventually the finished films themselves.

  1. 1Sign in to your portalYou will receive access as soon as your booking is active. Bookmark it: this is where the whole experience lives.
  2. 2Start your BlueprintThe eight-chapter planning workspace teaches us your people, places, and priorities. Start with the easy chapters.
  3. 3Book your Story CallA conversation about your story, not logistics. It is where your film starts becoming specific to you.
Can we add things after booking?

Yes. The add-on store in your portal lets you add coverage, photography, keepsakes, and film upgrades after booking, right up to the limits of the schedule.

What if our venue or date changes?

Contact Skytona as soon as you know. Date changes depend on availability, so earlier is always better.

Do you travel outside New England?

Yes. New England weddings have no travel fees, and destination weddings are priced case by case based on logistics.

Still have questions?

Contact Skytona or open the right portal.

The public help center explains the why, the what, and the next step. Project-specific details should stay in your portal.
