Choosing between The Cut, The Feature, and The Premiere
Compare the filming plan and finished releases included with The Cut, The Feature, and The Premiere.
Three collections, one standard
The collections change how long the crew is present and how many filmmakers or microphones are available. They also change the main film length and the additional releases you receive.
Choose from the schedule first. A six-hour window can fit a contained celebration at one location. A longer or more complicated day needs enough time and crew to cover events happening in different places.
- The Cut, from $3,999: 6 hours, 2 filmmakers, 3 microphones, a 15 minute film
- The Feature, from $6,999: 10 hours, up to 3 filmmakers, 8 microphones, a 30 minute film
- The Premiere, from $9,999: 12 hours, up to 4 filmmakers, 12 microphones, a 45 to 60 minute film
What actually changes between them
Compare these details against your current schedule. If the timeline is still changing, leave room around travel and the parts of the day that cannot move.
- 1Coverage hoursThe Cut includes six hours, The Feature includes ten, and The Premiere includes twelve. Place that window over the timeline to see what would fall before the crew arrives or after it leaves.
- 2Crew sizeThe Cut includes two filmmakers, The Feature up to three, and The Premiere up to four. More crew helps when important events happen at the same time or in separate locations.
- 3MicrophonesThe collections include three, eight, or twelve microphones. Count the people whose vows, ceremony audio, or speeches need individual coverage.
- 4Main film lengthThe main films run about fifteen minutes, thirty minutes, or forty-five to sixty minutes. The longer films are paired with more coverage and more recorded voices.
- 5Release scheduleEvery collection includes the main film, full ceremony, toasts, and an anniversary release. The Feature and The Premiere also include a sneak peek at about two weeks and a trailer at about three months. The Premiere adds a social teaser.
- 6Picture and soundThe Cut delivers in 1080p. The Feature adds drone coverage, professional lighting, advanced sound design, and 1440p delivery. The Premiere adds extended aerial coverage, an advanced cinematic grade, and 4K delivery.
- 7Additional filmingThe Cut and The Feature cover the wedding day. The Premiere also includes rehearsal dinner coverage and sit-down interviews.
Check the six-hour window before choosing The Cut
Write down the earliest moment you want filmed and the latest moment you want included. If those points are more than six hours apart, adjust the coverage or choose a longer collection.

The Cut
Consider it for one venue, or nearby locations, when the moments you want filmed fit inside six hours and you do not need a trailer.
The Feature
Consider it when partners get ready separately, the ceremony and reception are in different places, or the schedule needs more than six hours. It also adds the early sneak peek and trailer.
The Premiere
Consider it for an early start, a late finish, several locations, or a story that needs more recorded voices. It also covers the rehearsal dinner and sit-down interviews.

Which releases you receive
Your main Skytona Film is scheduled for about six months after the wedding, with an anniversary release at one year. Both are included with every collection.
The Feature and The Premiere add a sneak peek at about two weeks and a trailer at about three months. Your portal shows the releases included with your booking and their current status.

What you can change later
After booking, the add-on store may offer more coverage hours, another filmmaker, extra microphones, photography, drone coverage, keepsakes, or finishing upgrades. Options that require people or equipment depend on availability for your date.
To move to a different collection, contact Support. The team will confirm availability and the price before anything changes.
Does The Cut include a trailer?
No. The Cut includes your fifteen minute Skytona Film, your full ceremony, and your toasts and speeches. A trailer is part of The Feature and The Premiere. If a trailer matters to you, it is worth deciding that before you book.
Is a longer film always better?
No. Film length should match the material captured during the day. The longer films come with more coverage time. They also include more microphones and crew, giving the edit more moments and voices to work with.
Can we add hours to a smaller collection instead of upgrading?
Often, yes. Additional coverage hours and an extra filmmaker are available as add-ons. What add-ons cannot do is change which releases your collection includes, so a trailer still comes from choosing The Feature or The Premiere.
How does payment work across the collections?
The same way for all three. Your date is held with a thirty percent non-refundable deposit. The balance can be paid in full for ten percent off the total, or split into monthly installments up to six payments.
