A guided tour of the portal: what each tab does, what to look at first, and how the whole experience fits together from planning to delivery.

One place for everything

Your wedding portal is the home of the entire Skytona experience: planning, scheduling, payments, documents, memories, film progress, and final delivery. If something about your wedding lives anywhere, it lives here.

That is deliberate. Weddings planned across scattered email threads lose details. A portal does not forget, does not bury an answer twelve replies deep, and never disagrees with itself.

  • Without a portal: scattered, and nothing agrees
  • With your portal: one living plan
The portal is not an extra: it is how the premium experience actually works.

What each tab does

The portal is organized into a handful of focused spaces. You will spend most of your time in two or three of them, but here is the full map.

  • Home
  • Planning
  • Cinema
  • Gallery
  • Vault
  • Website
  • Payments
Seven spaces, one experience. Settings lives in your profile menu.

Your first visit

Fifteen minutes in the portal on day one pays for itself many times over. Here is the order that works.

  1. 1Look at HomeThe countdown is running and the next-step card already knows what needs your attention first.
  2. 2Open the BlueprintUnder Planning. Fill in the chapters you already know: your profiles, your venue, the rough shape of the day.
  3. 3Check PaymentsConfirm your payment plan looks the way you expect. Surprises in billing are best caught in week one.
  4. 4Book your Story CallFrom the scheduling area. It is the single best hour you will spend on your film.

The portal before and after the wedding

Before the wedding, the portal is a planning tool: a countdown, a Blueprint, and a growing plan. After the wedding, it transforms. The countdown becomes a married-for counter, Cinema starts tracking your film through the edit, and the Vault begins filling with memories.

The portal is designed to answer the quiet question couples always have: what happens next? Whenever you are unsure, Home will tell you.

Do both partners get access?

The portal is built for the couple, and access follows how your accounts were set up at booking. If you need a hand with sign-in for either partner, contact Support and we will sort it quickly.

Does the portal work on phones?

Yes. Everything, including the Blueprint and the Cinema, is designed to work beautifully on a phone. Plan from the couch, watch from the theater room.

How long do we keep access?

Your portal stays with you through delivery and beyond. It is where your anniversary releases arrive, so do not treat it as temporary.

Still have questions?

Contact Skytona or open the right portal.

The public help center explains the why, the what, and the next step. Project-specific details should stay in your portal.
