View and sign your agreement
Where your agreement lives, what to actually read before signing, and what happens the moment the signature lands.

Where agreements live
Every agreement connected to your wedding lives in your portal, signed and unsigned alike. You can reread it at any point in the journey, which is exactly how it should be: the document that defines the work should never be a mystery attachment lost in email.
What to actually read
Your agreement is written to be readable, not to hide things. Before signing, give real attention to the parts that define the experience.
- 1Scope and coverageThe hours, crew, deliverables, and add-ons should match exactly what you built and expect.
- 2Payment termsDeposit, schedule, and installment dates. Confirm they match your conversation.
- 3The release timelineTrailer, feature film, and anniversary releases, so delivery expectations are shared from day one.
- 4Usage and privacyHow footage may be used, and where your permission is required. Your boundaries belong in writing.
Something looks off?
If anything in the agreement differs from what you discussed, contact Skytona before signing. Every question is easier to resolve before the signature than after it.
After you sign
Once your agreement and deposit are in, your date is locked and the portal becomes the working home for planning and delivery. The signed agreement stays available in your Documents area for the life of the project.
If scope changes later, more hours, new deliverables, a location change that affects logistics, it is handled as a written change so both sides always know what is real.
