Where agreements live
Open Agreements in your portal to review documents awaiting a signature and download completed copies. Keep the signed agreement with your own wedding records as well.
What to actually read
Before signing, compare the agreement with the collection and options you selected. Contact Skytona if any item differs from what you expect.
- 1Scope and coverageThe hours, crew, deliverables, and add-ons should match exactly what you built and expect.
- 2Payment termsConfirm the deposit amount, installment schedule, and due dates.
- 3The release timelineThe releases your collection includes and roughly when each arrives, so delivery expectations are shared from day one.
- 4Usage and privacyHow footage may be used, and where your permission is required. Your boundaries belong in writing.

If anything in the agreement differs from what you discussed, contact Skytona before signing. Every question is easier to resolve before the signature than after it.
After you sign
Once your agreement and deposit are in, your date is locked and the portal becomes the working home for planning and delivery. The signed agreement stays available in your Documents area for the life of the project.
Later changes to hours, deliverables, or locations are documented in writing. Review and approve the change before relying on it as part of the booking.
