How the Payments area works: your balance, your payment plan, invoices, receipts, and what to do the moment something looks off.
Your money, always visible
The Payments tab shows your full financial picture: what has been paid, what remains, and when the next payment is due. If you are on a payment plan, every installment is laid out so there are no surprises between now and the wedding.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, the same payment infrastructure used by companies like Amazon and Shopify. Skytona never sees or stores your card details.

How payment plans work
Your date is locked with a 30 percent deposit. The remaining balance can be paid in full, with 10 percent off the total, or split into monthly installments, up to six payments, arranged at booking.
Each installment appears in your Payments tab with its amount and due date. Paying is a couple of clicks from the same screen.

- 2Review your balance and the next due amount.
- 3Pay securely by card, and your receipt appears immediately.
If something looks off
Numbers should never be a source of stress in this experience. If a balance, invoice, or due date does not match your expectation, contact Skytona before the due date and we will walk through it together. Billing questions are easiest to solve early, and asking is never an imposition.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments are handled securely through the portal. If you need an alternative arrangement for a specific payment, contact Skytona and we will find the path.
Can we pay ahead of schedule?
Yes, always. Paying an installment early or clearing the balance ahead of the plan is welcome anytime.
Where do add-on purchases show up?
Add-ons bought from the store are paid at purchase and appear in your payment history with their own receipts.
