One system instead of five vendors

Your business portal is the home of everything Skytona does for you: reviewing finished work, requesting production days, approving social content, tracking your website, managing signage, and handling billing. One login, full visibility.

Some services are fully managed by Skytona behind the scenes. The portal deliberately focuses on what your team needs to see, approve, request, or decide, so nothing lands on your desk that does not need you.

The usual agency experience

  • Work arrives as email attachments and expiring links
  • Status lives in whoever answered last
  • Invoices, content, and requests in different inboxes

Your Skytona portal

  • Every deliverable in one reviewable place
  • Real status you can check without asking
  • Requests, approvals, and billing beside the work

The map of your portal

Here is what lives where. Depending on your plan, some areas may not apply to your account, and that is normal: the portal shows what your services actually include.

  1. DashboardYour command center: widgets for the work, numbers, and next steps that matter to you.
  2. Deliverables, Films, GalleriesFinished and in-review work, organized for your team to watch, approve, and download.
  3. Production DaysYour monthly shoot days: plan status, requests, and upcoming confirmed visits.
  4. SocialContent queued for approval, connected accounts, and performance insights.
  5. WebsiteYour Skytona-managed site: status, updates, and analytics.
  6. SignageThe screens in your physical space: media, playlists, and schedules.
  7. Billing and InboxInvoices, receipts, agreements, and your direct line to the team.

Your first fifteen minutes

A short first session sets up everything that follows.

  1. 1Start at the DashboardIt highlights what needs attention and adapts to how your account is set up.
  2. 2Open DeliverablesSee how finished work arrives and where approvals happen. This is the tab your team will live in.
  3. 3Check BillingConfirm your plan and invoices look right. Financial surprises age poorly.
  4. 4Add your teamInvite the colleagues who should see work or pay invoices, each with the right level of access.
Can more than one person from our company have access?

Yes. You can invite teammates with roles that control what each person sees and manages, from full owner access down to a single work area.

Does the portal work on phones?

Yes. Reviewing a cut from your phone between meetings is exactly the kind of thing it is built for.

What if a tab looks empty?

Areas fill as your services produce work. If something seems missing that should not be, message us from the Inbox and we will straighten it out quickly.

Still have questions?

Contact Skytona or open the right portal.

The public help center explains the why, the what, and the next step. Project-specific details should stay in your portal.
