Work with your team in the portal
Invite an Admin or Member, choose the work areas they need, and remove access promptly when responsibilities change.
The portal works best as a team
If one person forwards every cut, chases every approval, and pays every invoice, the portal is running at a fraction of its value. Inviting the right colleagues puts each part of the work in front of the person who owns it.
Your marketing lead approves social content. Your bookkeeper sees invoices. Your front-desk manager posts to the lobby screens. Nobody waits on anybody, and nothing bottlenecks through a single inbox.
Roles decide what each person sees
Team members are invited from Settings, under Company and then Team. The workspace has three base roles: Owner, Admin, and Member. Owners control the workspace; invited people receive Admin or Member access.
Area switches refine that base role. Use them to grant or deny Billing, Social, Screens, or another active work area without inventing a separate job-title role.

Inviting someone
An invitation takes effect only after the recipient accepts it with the same email address. Pending invitations can be resent, edited, or canceled.
- 1Open Settings, then Company, then TeamYou will see everyone who currently has access and their role.
- 2Send the invitationEnter the email, choose Admin or Member, then select the work areas needed for the job.
- 3Adjust as things changeEdit the role or work areas when responsibilities change. Remove access when the person leaves.
Offboarding matters
When someone leaves your company, remove their portal access the same day you close their email. It is one click, and it keeps your account clean.
