What is the Skytona Platform?

Client management software for creative and service businesses. Contacts, projects, conversations, scheduling, proposals, invoices, payments, media review, and the client portal live in one workspace, so the business side of your work stays in order without a stack of subscriptions.

Who is it for?

Photographers, filmmakers, studios, and creative teams running client work from inquiry to delivery. Other service businesses use the same booking and payment tools, and the same inbox. Tell us what you do when you join the waitlist.

What does it cost?

Starter is $47 per month, Pro is $97 per month, Studio is $197 per month. Every tool is included on every plan, with unlimited clients and projects. Plans differ in team seats, storage, and monthly messages with Intelligence, Skytona’s AI assistant. Access is by invitation.

Do my clients need accounts?

No. Clients open proposals, invoices, and files from a secure link, so working with you never starts with a password. A portal login is there for clients who want everything in one place.

What happens after I join the waitlist?

We save your business details and email you when your invitation is ready. Early access comes with guided onboarding and a direct line to the people building Skytona. The product is in active development: the core runs real client work every day, and it improves around what early companies tell us. Joining the waitlist does not create a workspace.

Can I bring my existing tools with me?

You can connect Gmail or Google Workspace, Google Calendar, and your Google Business Profile for reviews. If you are moving from another system, tell us what you use and what needs to come over. We plan the move with you during onboarding.
