When to reach out

Use Support in your portal whenever something affects planning, timing, payment, privacy, delivery, or the wedding day itself. There is no such thing as a question too small: a thirty-second ask now regularly prevents an hour of untangling later.

Support requests stay connected to your wedding, so whoever picks it up already has your full context. That is why the portal beats a stray text: nothing has to be re-explained.

What to include

A well-formed request gets a faster, better answer. Three things cover almost every case.

  1. 1The date or deadline involved, if there is one.
  2. 2The part of the experience you are asking about: planning, payments, website, delivery.
  3. 3The outcome you need, in one sentence. What should be true after we respond?

Changes beat surprises

If anything about the day changes after your Event Brief is approved, send it through Support immediately, however small.

Screenshots help

If something in the portal looks wrong, a screenshot of what you see gets us to the answer in half the time.

Urgent and wedding-day matters

For urgent wedding-day logistics, use the emergency contact shown in your portal Support area rather than a written request. On the day itself, your crew lead is your fastest line: they are standing in the same room as the problem.
