Two portals, one rule
Skytona runs two client portals, and the rule is simple. Wedding couples sign in at portal.skytona.com. Business clients sign in at app.skytona.com. Your welcome email links to the right one, and the sign-in pages point you across if you land on the wrong door.
Bookmark yours on the devices you actually use. The portal is where planning, approvals, payments, and delivery all happen, so the bookmark earns its place.

When sign-in misbehaves
Nearly every sign-in problem resolves with one of three moves.
- 1Use the password resetThe reset link on the sign-in page sends a fresh start to your email within moments. Check spam if it plays hide and seek.
- 2Confirm the email addressYour access is tied to the email your account was created with. A work address versus a personal one is the most common mix-up.
- 3Contact us if it persistsUse the public contact page and we will get you back in quickly. Locked-out clients jump the queue.
