How it runs day to day
Skytona Screens separates media, playlists, layouts, schedules, and physical screens. Uploading a file does not put it on air. Add it to a playlist or layout, then assign or schedule that content for the intended screen.
Team members with Schedule Board access can post announcements without receiving control over playlists, devices, or the rest of the Screens workspace.
Helpful context modules
When supported for your account, screens can include timely context such as weather, announcements, or status messages alongside your media.
What plays well on a screen
The best screen content is glanceable: it works without sound and lands in seconds.
Celebrate people
Staff milestones, team features, and resident or customer moments outperform any stock loop. Faces people recognize stop feet.
Rotate before it wallpapers
A loop nobody notices anymore is furniture. Fresh content from each session keeps screens worth looking at.
Design for silence
Most screens live muted. If a piece needs audio to work, it belongs on social, not on Screens.
