Your media, in the room

Signage puts the work Skytona captures where your customers and staff physically are: lobbies, waiting rooms, break rooms, and event spaces. Films, photo loops, announcements, and timely updates, playing on screens that always look intentional.

For a visitor, a great screen loop does quiet work: it signals that this place is alive, professional, and proud of its people. For staff, it is a channel that actually gets seen.

Screens and groups

Every display in the building, organized so each location shows what fits it.

Media and playlists

Films and images arranged into loops that stay fresh.

Schedules

The right content at the right hours, automatically.

Announcements

Timely messages that take over when something needs attention now.

The building blocks of the Signage hub.

How it runs day to day

The Signage hub in your portal organizes screens, media, playlists, and schedules. Different screens can carry different content: the waiting room celebrates patients and staff while the break room carries internal updates, and a change pushes to the right screens without rebuilding anything.

Depending on your setup, team members can also post announcements to a schedule board, so day-to-day updates do not have to wait on anyone.

Helpful context modules

When supported for your account, screens can include timely context such as weather, announcements, or status messages alongside your media.

What plays well on a screen

The best signage content is glanceable: it works without sound and lands in seconds.

Celebrate people

Staff milestones, team features, and resident or customer moments outperform any stock loop. Faces people recognize stop feet.

Rotate before it wallpapers

A loop nobody notices anymore is furniture. Fresh content from each production day keeps screens worth looking at.

Design for silence

Most screens live muted. If a piece needs audio to work, it belongs on social, not signage.
