Delivered photography appears in Galleries. The Media area is the broader working library for assets available to your account and other enabled tools.
Together they end the where is that photo problem. The team headshots from March, the facility shots from the open house, the hero image on your website: all findable, all downloadable, months or years later.

Getting value out of the archive
A media archive is only useful if your team actually reaches for it. Two habits make that happen.
Stop using old photos
When fresh galleries arrive, retire the five-year-old team photo everywhere it lives. Currency is credibility.
Point your team at the source
When a colleague needs an image for a deck or a job posting, send them to the portal instead of a re-exported screenshot. Full quality, every time.
