How to collect from guests
Guest collection runs through a simple upload link connected to your Memory Vault. Guests do not need portal access or an account: the link is the whole experience.
- 1Open the guest upload cardFind the link and QR code in the Vault. If the card is unavailable, check the add-on store or ask Support whether guest uploads are included.
- 2Share it before the receptionPlace the QR code on a table sign or wedding website and send the link to the group chat.
- 3Send one reminder afterwardAsk guests to upload their original files a few days after the wedding, before the photos disappear into camera rolls.
Table QR codes work
A small card that says share your photos with us converts better at the reception than any message afterward.
Videos are gold
Encourage guests to upload videos, not just photos. A shaky clip of the toast from table six can hold a laugh the main cameras were too far to catch.
