Why guest media is powerful

Your guests see the day from angles no production team can fully cover: table reactions, dance floor chaos, quiet hugs in hallways, the getting-ready group chat photos. Some of the most treasured images from a wedding are the imperfect ones only a friend was positioned to take.

Collected in one place, guest media becomes two things: a shared archive of the day from every point of view, and extra context the Skytona team can draw on while shaping your story.

Guests capture the day

Phones out at the reception, for once, working in your favor.

They upload with your link

No accounts, no apps. The link opens, they add their photos and videos.

Everything lands in your Vault

Organized, protected, and yours forever alongside your own uploads.

How to collect from guests

Guest collection runs through a simple upload link connected to your Memory Vault. Guests do not need portal access or an account: the link is the whole experience.

  1. 1Get your guest upload linkFrom the Vault tab in your portal. If guest uploads are not part of your package yet, the add-on store can enable them.
  2. 2Share it where guests already areThe group chat, the wedding website, a QR code on reception tables. Meet people where their thumbs are.
  3. 3Nudge once after the weddingThe best haul comes from a friendly message a few days later, when everyone is reliving the weekend anyway.

Table QR codes work

A small card that says share your photos with us converts better at the reception than any message afterward.

Videos are gold

Encourage guests to upload videos, not just photos. A shaky clip of the toast from table six can hold a laugh the main cameras were too far to catch.
